SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Melanated Cosmetics is for delivery of products to customers both globally and within United States of America through our delivery agent or a delivery partner. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales set out on our Site; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales where they did not occur due to our fault or negligence. After the completion of order from our website, we shipping to order destinations within 7-14days You agree not to hold the seller liable for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these Terms and Conditions of Sale if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

RETURN POLICY

Please bear in mind that all sales are final. After items have been shipped, melanatedcos.com does not accept order returns or exchanges, due to Covid-19 preventative measures. Order cancellations are not permitted before or after the order has been shipped. Each order is packed in the order that it was received.

REFUND POLICY

Purchases through Melanated Cosmetics are not refundable, and refunds exclude shipping fees. Refunds are only excepted during order processing. Orders returned with insufficient addresses are subject to a partial refund (Use of Packaging and Shipping Service will be deducted from the subtotal.) and must be in the possession of Melanated Cosmetics. If your card was stolen before purchase, Melanated Cosmetics should be notified by the card owner as soon as possible. Customers are subject to a refund and the order will be cancelled.

LOST AND DAMAGED PACKAGES

Melanated Cosmetics it not responsible of any lost or damaged packages.

ORDER MISTAKES

If you happen to receive the wrong item, you are subject to a refund OR Melanted Cosmetics will send the correct item if the item is currently in stock. If customer has imputed the wrong address before receiving a confirmation email, they can notify Melanated Cosmetics to fix the the address. Insure to use the subject line to emphasize your concern. Melanated Cosmetics will not be liable for any returned packages. If your order was returned, there will be a delivery fee.
